    Rule # 1
Everyone invests at their own risks and neither Anish, Igor or MrTopTick are responsible for any losses due to the picks or trades included, as part of this 5K Challenge

Rule # 2 Simple Calls, Puts, Call and Put Spreads, Calendars, Poor Mans Covered Calls and Butterflies will be used as trade techniques in this process.

Rule # 3 Risk involved in each of these trades might be more then a normal portfolio as this is a small account. For example I might risk up to 10% on a single trade.

Rule # 4 Please do not use these trades (for a 5K account) and try and do a corresponding trade for a 25K account, for example, as it might not be suitable.

Rule # 5 Because it is a small account trying to grow, there might not be more then 2-3 trades a week.

Rule # 6 No more then 5-7 open positions at any one time.

Rule # 7 In the future we might also do mini futures or SPX and NDX trades but will try to avoid doing any day trades.

Rule # 8 I will maintain an Excel spreadsheet that will include date of purchase, Cost total, Sold total, Quantity, Days to Expiration, Days held, Day sold, Profit target, Max loss allowable (risk), Profit/Loss, Type of trade, Reason for trade summary, lessons learnt.

Rule # 9 Igor will be helping me with risk management and summary.

Rule # 10 My plan is to aggressively grow this to 10,000 by December 31, 2020 so I will be taking a little more risk then normal. I am risking my own money on this idea.

Rule # 11 I will be starting this on Tuesday September 8th. I initially started with around 4400 dollars to test my logic. I was hoping in 1 month, I could be at 5000 but right now it is at 7770. I will park the 2700 as cash and start with 5,000. This is an IRA account so I cannot withdraw any money from it.

Rule # 12 This is just for fun and learning. Please use your own risk and discretion.
